Earlier this week, I spent a chunk of my morning at a local bagel shop– ahem,some of you might recognize the place– documenting what, exactly, makes a yummy breakfast joint go tick. Here’s what I found.
New York-style bagels that don’t require traveling to New York.
Bacon and eggs and a hot grill to cook ‘em on.
The morning paper. (UCONN!)
Coffee. Lots and lots of coffee.
Donuts, fresh from a nearby bakery.
